🚧 (pagetop): Comparte align entre Flex y Grid

Extrae `Align`/`AlignContent`/`ItemAlign`/`Gap` de Flexbox a un nuevo
módulo neutral `html::align` (`Items`/`Content`/`ItemSelf`/`Gap`) para
que tambien lo use CSS Grid.
