🎨 (basic): Organiza estilos de Basic e Intro

Divide `basic.css` en parciales SCSS bajo `assets/scss/basic/`, integra
`normalize.css` en `basic.min.css` y compila `intro.scss` por separado a
`intro.min.css`.
