♻️ [html] Cambia tipos Option... por Attr...

Renombra los tipos para atributos HTML `Id`, `Name`, `Value` (`String`),
`L10n` (`Translate`) y `Classes`. Y mueve `OptionComponent` al *core* de
componentes como `TypedSlot`.
