🎨 Convierte el ciclo de renderizado en async

Browse source 
`prepare()` de `Component`, `render()` de `Region` y `Template`, y la
implementación de `ComponentRender` pasan a ser funciones async. Se
actualizan todos los componentes base, helpers, tests y ejemplos.
