♻️ (base): El resumen de Pager usa PagerVisibility

Sustituye el bool de `summary` por `PagerVisibility`, con `Auto` como
valor por defecto: se activa igual que los botones de navegación y el
formulario de salto, sólo cuando el listado se trunca.
