♻️ (bootsier): Mueve Container al core de PageTop

Browse source 
`Container` y `Kind` pasan a `pagetop::base::component` como componente
genérico reutilizable por cualquier tema. Bootsier conserva `Width` y
añade el *trait* `ContainerBootsier`, que guarda el ancho como valor
extra en `Props`.
