♻️ Cambia en prepare_component() el tipo devuelto

Elimina `PrepareMarkup` como tipo de retorno de prepare_component() y de
`FnPrepareRender`, sustituyéndolo directamente por `Markup`. Se elimina
una capa innecesaria, ya que html! {} y html! { ... } cubren todos los
casos que ofrecía `PrepareMarkup`.
