♻️ (pagetop): with_prop() acepta impl Into<PropsOp>

Browse source 
`FlexItem`, `Margin` y `Padding` se pasan directamente gracias a `From`
 hacia `PropsOp`, sin `PropsOp::flex_item()`/`margin()`/`padding()` ni
`.into()` explícito. Revisadas todas las llamadas en el código para
simplificarlas.
