♻️ (bootsier, htmx): Adapta ciclo de render async
Añade `#[async_trait]` a todos los `impl Extension`, `Theme` y `Component`. Convierte `prepare()` en `async fn` y añade `.await` a las llamadas `render()` y `render_offcanvas()`.
